transfer (port) it to your preferred phone carrier — whether that's T-Mobile,

Verizon, AT\&T, Optimum, or any other provider.

How to Port Your Number by Carrier

T-Mobile

  • Call 611 from your T-Mobile phone or dial 1-800-937-8997.

  • Provide your Account Number and Transfer PIN.

  • Request a port-in to replace your current number or activate a new line.

Verizon Wireless

  • Call 1-800-922-0204 or visit a Verizon store.

  • Use the “Port Your Number” section in your My Verizon account.

  • Provide the account number and PIN we sent you.

AT\&T

  • Call 611 from your AT\&T phone or 1-800-331-0500.

  • You can also start the port online via att.com/port.

  • Have your credentials ready and follow the prompts

Optimum Mobile

  • Call 1-866-347-4784 or log in to your Optimum Mobile account.

  • Go to Number Transfer and enter the account number and PIN.

  • Confirm and submit your port request.
